Juicy Hamburgers

Features:
    Cuisine:

I was so reluctant to give this recipe 1 star because it's obviously successful for so many others. But I have tried this recipe twice with the same disappointing results. The first time I thought that perhaps I had done something wrong, but twice? I do like the flavor of the burgers, but I don't notice a direct difference between dissolving the salt and pepper in ice water. The main thing I really wanted was the juiciness. Both times they were your average moistness (not much at all). They did seem to drip a great deal while on the grill, but once done there was no moisture left. Perhaps we overcooked them? I like my burgers without any pink inside, but not charred on the outside. So I will continue my search for a juicy burger recipe.

Juicy Hamburgers,A most requested recipe for juicy burgers, whether you grill or pan fry them. Dissolving the salt and pepper in ice water distributes the spices evenly throughout the meat just as some sausage makers do when making sausage. Cook time depends on how well done you like your meat.,I was so reluctant to give this recipe 1 star because it’s obviously successful for so many others.
