Juicy Roast Beef,We really enjoyed the roast prepared this way. used mushroom broth and sweet vidalia onions and some coarse sea salt. This recipe was quick and easy to make with wonderful results. Remove Excess Fat from Roast, Pat Dry With Paper Towel, and Place in Pan. |

Rub Pepper on the Roast If Desired. |
