Tarragon Turkey Burgers,This is wonderful. It is easy and delicious!,Hi Kris, I made this for lunch today and I liked it a lot, it makes a nice change to use something other than red meat for a burger. You were right about how moist it was, I done mine in the fry pan sealed it, then finished in the oven, as I had it on anyway. I was disappointed that I couldn’t find fresh tarragon, but I had dried in the larder, I think I might have put rather a lot in but it was excellent, the flavour was very good. I had salad and mayo on a sesame bun and we really liked them. I will be making them again thank you for a great alternative to red meat. Made for PAC spring 2009.

In Mixing Bowl, Combine Cubed Bread and Milk. Mash Together Until Milk Is Completely Incorporated. |
