    Tarragon Turkey Burgers,This is wonderful. It is easy and delicious!,Hi Kris, I made this for lunch today and I liked it a lot, it makes a nice change to use something other than red meat for a burger. You were right about how moist it was, I done mine in the fry pan sealed it, then finished in the oven, as I had it on anyway. I was disappointed that I couldn’t find fresh tarragon, but I had dried in the larder, I think I might have put rather a lot in but it was excellent, the flavour was very good. I had salad and mayo on a sesame bun and we really liked them. I will be making them again thank you for a great alternative to red meat. Made for PAC spring 2009.

    In Mixing Bowl, Combine Cubed Bread and Milk. Mash Together Until Milk Is Completely Incorporated.

    Gently Mix With Spoon or Hands, Being Careful not to Overmix, but Be Sure to Completely Mix in Bread Mixture.
