Julie’s Picante Sauce, I am posting this recipe so I do not loose it My family would disown me if I could not make this, my son-in-law says i should open a store and sell this You can either can it or freeze it , I enjoy making sauces, but did cut this recipe back by 2/3! Also used mild peppers rather than HOT ones, but other than that, the recipe was pretty much followed! And then, since we like these kinds of sauces a little chunky, used the food processor just briefly! All for a very tasty sauce, thanks to your recipe! Cut All Vegetables and Run Through Food Processor .put All Ingredients in a Large Pot and Cook For at Least 30-40 Min or Until Desired Consistency ( I Usually Cook It Longer) After It Is Done You Can Either Process It in a Hot Bath or Put It Containers and Freeze It. |
