Combine the Brown Sugar, Ginger, Vinegars, Cranberry Juice, Red Wine, Tabasco, Chili Powder, Ancho, Salt, and Thyme in a Medium Saucepan, and Cook Over Low Heat For Five Minutes Until the Sugar Melts. |

Add the Apple, Onion, and Fresh Sorrel and Mix Well. |
