Jumbo Shrimp Parmesan,I made these for dinner tonight and they are scrumptious! Can be made ahead up to and including the breading stage and refrigerated. Then drizzle with butter and bake. Found on the Global Gourmet website.,This was so incredibly good! Like other reviewers, I substituted panko for bread crumbs, and Cajun seasoning for S&P. Use really good parmesan, it makes this dish devine! My husband and I gobbled it up and can’t wait to make it again!.,I wasnt sure what to make for dinner so I googled shrimp recipes. Thought this would be fine for a Monday. My husband, who is super picky, said this is the best shrimp I have ever cooked. I added a little more garlic, red pepper flakes and a sprinkle of paprika. Yummy!
