    Just Chicken Livers, I love chicken livers, and this is a simple and easy way to make them for a main dish for dinner It’s also an easy recipe if you are cooking for 1 or 2 , Very tasty, although Lucy wanted to post the review and photo , Karen, thank you for this simple yet tasty recipe! I made one portion just to see what it looked like for my brunch, and this scaled down easily The oregano was prominent; next time I will try dried thyme instead
