    Bring Water and Cardamom Pods to the Boil and Boil 10 Minutes.

    Reduce Heat to a Low Simmer and Add the Coffee and Simmer 5 Minutes Add Ground Ginger.

    Take of Heat and Strain Into Cups. Sweeten If Desired.
