Kale and Bean Soup,This recipe is from my web-site ( ).It has many variations this is my rendition of it.It’s a great meatless soup but you can always add sausage or even stew beef.,Great soup! Reminds me of the things my old Portuguese Avo would make when I was growing up. used organic kale and a lot less chicken broth, so it was more like a thick stew than a soup. Also used 2 tsp. of Italian seasoning instead of the rosemary and thyme. I didn’t bother pureeing the beans and broth. Came out great! Even my picky husband loved it.,Great soup! In a Large Pot, Heat Olive Oil Then Add Garlic and Onion. |

Saut These Ingredients Until Soft. |

Add 3 Cups of the Broth, 2 Cups of Beans, Tomatoes, Herbs,Salt and Pepper. |

Simmer 5 to 10 Minutes. |

Use a Blender, or What Have You, Mix the Remaining Beans and Broth Until Smooth. |
