Karen’s Cheese Ball, This is my middle SIL’s recipe, she Is a good cook, we really like this one!, I made a few changes because I’m snowed in and couldn’t get out for the ingredients used 5 ounces cheddar, 3 ounces monterrey jack and instead of a green pepper used red Also, I didn’t have any lemon juice on hand so used a Tablespoon of red wine YUM! Thanks for a good and versatile recipe , This was very good and easy to make I served it with melba toast rounds The creamy cheese ball was very complimenting to the crunch of the toast I think I will use the left overs to make stuffed mushrooms tomorrow!
