Kasseri-Ously Great Cheese Dip, ***NOTE! I made this recipe and didn’t measure the amount of cheese SO I am guessing at the poundage! I’m going to make it again this weekend and this time I will measure I apologize tremendously for this oversight!!! It’s still delicious no matter how much cheese you use, but I am going to borrow a scale and find out for sure in a few days Thanks for your patience! **** This came from a friend who got the recipe from a restaurant owner It’s absolutely delicious, but be sure to wait a few minutes (it’s going to be difficult) before you dive in because it can burn the roof of your mouth! Absolutely heavenly goodness , What a wonderful recipe!!!!!
