    Cook Broccoli According to Package. Pour Drained Broccoli Back Into Pan. Stir in Cheese and 1/2 Butter Until Melted.

    Pour Into Greased Casserole Dish.

    Melt Remaining Butter and Stir in Crushed Ritz Crackers.

    Pour Cracker Mixture Over Broccoli and Bake at 350 Degrees For 25 Minutes.
