So here’s her dessert for our Asian meal courtesy of her “Complete Oriental Cooking” Cookbook., My husband and I just finished this yummy dessert and will be having it again and again. Thanks. I added sliced almonds just before serving and it was so good., Delicious. DD toddler told me to make these again she seems to love ginger. We had it with recipe#103744.

    Heat Oven to 375 Degrees.

    Cream Butter & Sugar Till Pale & Soft.

    Beat in Remainder of Ingredients Except the Bananas.

    Put Bananas in Greased Baking Dish & Spread Butter Mixture on Top.

    Bake For 10-15 Min Till Tops Are Bubbling. Serve at Once.
