1 large onion, very finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, chopped
2 slices white bread, dry, soaked in milk and well drained
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 egg
1 cup flour
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil (for frying)
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

    Aside from using some dried mint (no fresh available here) I just followed the recipe. I made half of it as DH wasn't interested in trying any and I loved them, his loss. Excellent taste and quite easy to make and the flour coating was a nice touch. I'm looking forward to having the leftovers soon. :D

    Add the First Seven Ingredients Together and Mix Well.

    Roll the Mixture Into Small Balls Approximately the Size of Large Walnuts.

    Roll the Balls in Flour and Then Deep Fry Them For 15 Minutes.
