KFC Coleslaw by Real Employee,I worked for KFC for 3 years and coleslaw making was a near daily occurrence. This is the real recipe scaled down to table size. I see lot of recipes claiming to be the real thing but none are. This is the real thing. The sugar amount is not a typo. ***I updated the recipe because I left out the onion,I made this week, hubby and brother in law liked it a lot. I didn’t add the onion as brother in law hates them. I will next time. I would love to know how KFC chops the ingredients, I bought a bag of slaw mix took it out of the bag by handfuls and chopped again to try to get it like the KFC “chop” I also added S&P to the mayo mix. I also used white vinegar.,very good I followed it exactly as written and it was perfect
