This is one of my hamburger helper type meals. Its fast and you can make it on that night you forgot to take something out. I always keep these ingredients in the cabinet anyway. I now make my black beans Recipe HERE and I usually use frozen corn. You can adjust it how you want. I usually start the rice and sausage at the same time and dinner is done in 20 minutes. Heat Oil on High, Add the Kielbasa and Onion. Cook Until the Onion Is Tender.

Add Black Beans, not Drained, Tomatoes, not Drained, Corn, Drained, and Seasonings.

Cook to a Boil, Reduce Heat and Cook For 5 Minutes.
