Kielbasa Pasta Casserole

Features:
    Cuisine:

This is a nice spin on baked ziti. It has a lot of tomato sauce, which I like - I hate dry ziti. Next time I will use crushed tomatoes, however, because I didn't really care for the big tomato chunks in the stewed. used 4 tsp of dried parsley instead of the 1/4 cup of fresh. Next time I'll add some garlic to the sauce. In order to ensure you don't get a bite without kielbasa, go ahead and add extra. But be careful, this fills a standard 13x9 pan to the tippy top and mine over-flowed; if you add extra stuff, you might need a bigger pan!
