Kielbasa With Tomatoes and White Beans, A Polish-Italian quick fix main dish!, Great recipe! Added some home grown tomatoes instead of a can, some habanero pepper and used cajun kielbasa Also added brocolli Thanks to the reviwer who suggested crusty bread to soak up the juices! Very easy and very flavorful , Quick and easy used 2 lbs of polish kielbasa I added one can of pink beans in addition to a can of cannolini beans, sliced mushrooms- a couple of tablespoons of Peter Luger steak sauce, a couple of shakes of worcestershire, a sprinkle of light brown sugar and used a can of diced tomatoes that had jalapeos because thats what I had on hand Yummy! Would never have thought to do beans with kielbasa Thanks!

Heat Oil or Butter in a Large Skillet, Add Kielbasa and Cook Over Medium High Heat Until Lightly Browned, Remove With Slotted Spoon. |
