I had some shrimp to use up from the freezer and went in search of a recipe and this sounded perfect. Boy, was I right! This was s-o-o-o-o tasty and easy. I served it with Uncle Ben's garlic infusion rice with the sauce poured over it and corn on the cob. Very good dinner, thanks to the shrimp. YUM!
