Kims Amazing Not Just Every Day Creamy

Features:
    Cuisine:

This combines canned, sundried and fresh tomatoes, with cream and pancetta and a little vermouth and white wine which just makes a great flavor. It doesn't get much better.

I won't lie ... it takes a little time but make this ahead and freeze and it is absolute great just with pasta and fresh parm. I have used this over grilled Cod, Grouper or Halibut which I love. Add some calamata olives, capers and add to the sauce and top over the grilled fish. Amazing. Serve some fresh sauteed spinach and tossed with pasta and amazing. Grilled chicken or pork is another and even seared scallops, or just as it. You will love it. A Tomato Sauce Treat!
