Kittencal’s Lemon Shrimp Scampi With Angel Hair Pasta, This is a restaurant-quality dish that can easily be prepared at home, you may adjust the amount of fresh garlic and hot sauce may be replaced for the dried chili flakes, make certain that you pat the shrimp dry with paper towels to remove all the moisture or it will create a thin sauce — this dish is *very* good!, This was terrific! I cut the recipe in half but only used 12 ounces of shrimp, that was plenty for two of us used 6 ounces of pasta but could’ve cut that to 4 or 5 ounces I will definitely be making this again Thanks, Kittencal UDPDATE: made this again using Royal Red Shrimp and it was wonderful This dish is so easy and so very tasty , skip the red pepper flakes!!!
