Kiwi and Tomatillo Pico De Gallo,The creative combination of sweet and savory makes this salsa the best dish to eat with tortilla chips or as a topping on our crispy fish tacos. ,I made it with tomatoes & generic ‘chillis’; I loved the kiwi flavour which was different to what I usually see in Mexican recipes. Next time I will make with Tomatillos, I can send off for them in the UK.
