Kona Inn Banana Bread,I got this from a Garden Center Favorites cookbook quite a few years ago. It is THE BEST banana bread I have made–and I have tried a bazillion recipes. I keep coming back to this one!! I hope you like it.,Very good. Using a larger loaf pan (some are smaller) would help this bake all the way through in the 45 minutes. I made no adjustments or tweaks. This is great as it is. Thanks!,Loved the texture and flavor of this, modified it by adding 1/2 tsp of vanilla and dumped in some cinnamon also as I need both of those in any banana bread recipe I make. Tender and not crumbly but not too mushy either! Gonna make this one again for sure!
