Directions
Korean Beef Noodles Seoul Food, These noodles are so deeply satisfying, that they must be considered soul food. The thick noodles with the savory beef and mushrooms makes such a hearty meal, there is almost no room for tea., It was good but there is way too much beef., Made this last night and it was fantastic. Had to make a few minimal changes, used sliced baby bellas because that is what was available, used siracha sauce instead of dried chili and marinated the meat for a couple of hours prior to cooking. Again, it turned out fantastic and we will definitely be making again. Thanks for sharing your recipe.
