Korma Paste (Jamie Oliver),This is based on a recipe from Jamie Olivers cookbook, Jamies Food Revolution. He says this is an easy homemade curry paste.,This is a fantastic recipe! I had almost given up on Indian food. The last recipe I tried took 3 hours and was not a success. I adapted this to what I had on hand, using ground spices, Sriracha, and a can of Hatch chilis. Fortunately I have some fresh cilantro in the garden, that really makes it! Added a can of coconut milk to the paste in the food processor, and done! Thank-you so much for a delicious, easy recipe!
