1/4 teaspoon mustard
1/2 cup minced onion
1/2 cup milk
2 lbs hamburger
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons salt (i like to use garlic salt)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons mustard
1/2 cup ketchup

    Laura’s Meatloaf,This is one of the first meals I made when I started out cooking for my husband. I was lucky to come across this recipe for meatloaf in a church cookbook because it is one of our favorites even today. I have tried other meatloafs but none of them taste like this one…,For this recipe I only omitted the salt. It’s a wonderful meatloaf. The glaze on top is so good.     Combine Eggs, Oatmeal, Milk, Worcestershire Sauce, Salt, Garlic Powder, Pepper, Mustard, Onion. Mix With Hamburger. Pat Into Loaf Pan. Bake @350 For One Hour. Combine Ketchup, Brown Sugar and Mustard. Spread Over Meatloaf. Bake 20-25 Minutes Longer.
