Layered Asian Dip, Another recipe from Betty Crocker cookbook , I loved the idea of this & will definitely play with it again I thought the cream cheese needed a bit more Asian flavor; maybe add ginger or chili paste? I did like the crunchiness of the water chesnuts I thinly sliced the veggies on a mandolin & really should have followed the instructions & chopped them for easier dipping Served with carrot sticks, celery sticks, & rice crackers Thank you for sharing the recipe!
