Peel Potatoes, Cut in Half. |

Place in a Large Saucepan and Cover With Boiling or Hot Water. |

Reduce Heat to Medium and Continue Boiling Gently, Partially Covered, Until Potatoes Are Very Tender, About 20 to 30 Minutes. |
