    Lazy Day Cobbler,This recipe uses cherries, but I’ve used blackberries with good results. This is about the simplest cobbler recipe that you will find.,used fresh peach quarters that I slow boiled in 1 cup of sugar and cooled. I sprinkled brown sugar and a little cinnamon on top, before baking for 40mins at 350. It was perfect!

    Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees.

    Place Butter in a 9" X 9" Dish.

    Place Dish in Oven to Melt.

    Beat Together Till Smooth, 1 C Sugar, Flour, Baking Powder, Salt and Milk.

    Pour Over Melted Butter, but Do not Stir!

    Empty Can of Undrained Cherries Over Batter.
