    In a Large Pan Over Medium Heat Melt the Butter and Olive Oil.

    to a Crock Pot Add the Tomatoes, Tomato Sauce and Paste and the Remaining Ingredients. Stir to Combine. Set Crock Pot to Low Setting.

    Once Meat Is Cooked Through Add It to the Crock Pot. Cook Over Low Heat About 4 Hours.

    This Can Also Be Cooked Over the Stove For Less Time, Just Make Sure to Stir Every 10 Minutes or So to Keep It from Burning.
