    Lean Chuck Pot Roast, This recipe came from our church cookbook. It is a family favorite in our house and so easy to prepare! The gravy is great with mashed potatoes., I liked this but hubby didn’t. I followed the recipe exactly as written and the meat was so tender. Hubby just did not like the flavor but I did., Best pot roast recipe I have ever found. My family loved this. It is so tender and juicy. I followed the recipe exactly except that I added carrots and potatoes to the crock pot and they turned out really well.

    Place Roast in Crock Pot. Mix Vinegar, Oil, Ketchup, Soy Sauce, Rosemary, Garlic Powder and Dry Mustard. Pour Over Roast. Cook 6-8 Hours, Depending on the Size of Your Crockpot.
