    Lebanese Chicken, Fast and easy dish to make on a weekend night after working all day , This was my first try at this type of cuisine I made the recipe as written Both my wife and I enjoyed this different tasting chicken Thanks for sharing , This is really good used frozen chicken and orange marmalade with chicken broth because I did not have orange juice or zest on hand Side was leftover jasmine rice

    Rinse Chicken and Pat Dry With Paper Towels.

    Cook Chicken, Onion and Garlic in the Butter in a Large Skillet For About 6 Minutes or Until Chicken Is Browned, Turning Once.

    Add Orange Zest, Orange Juice and Salt to Skillet.

    Bring to Boil; Reduce Heat and Simmer, Covered, For 5 Minutes.
