Leek, Ham and Mushroom Quiche, Another great way to get veggies into the kids! This quiche is mild, but very flavorful It reheats well for lunch too if you manage to have any left over The amount of eggs needed is depeendent on how much filling you end up with and how large and deep your pie dish is , Excellent quiche! If you are not using a deep dish pie crust, you will need 2 frzn crusts YUM!, Amazing quiche, the best I’ve ever had! I made this for an Anti-Thanksgiving Thanksgiving party and it was such a hit I substituded about 4 slices thick-cut bacon, chopped, for ham and sauteed it with the leeks and mushrooms This also made two quiches for me (luckily I had two crusts) for some reason However that was great because everyone devoured them
