Leftover Ham Casserole,I threw this together today with a bunch of leftovers we had in the kitchen. My picky son liked it. I made it low in fat by using light and low fat products. I served it with a green salad.,A great little casserole recipe to keep up your sleeve the next time you have some leftover ham. It’s so versatile that you can add any other leftover veggies you have on hand, too! I thought the flavors were great together.
