Leftover Prime Rib Hash, What to do with leftovers? Here’s a very easy and adaptable alternative to making the usual sandwiches or salads TO SIMPLIFY: Just reheat the prime rib for a couple of minutes with some fried potatoes and onions – then serve over toast with a fried egg , I just made this for supper used the potato, onion, garlic, and prime rib I topped it with fried eggs and had whole grain toast on the side Very tasty , so great with our leftover prime rib from Christmas I made it TWICE the only change is that I added some prime rib into the veggie mix to warm it and make it crispy
