Leftover Roast Beef Stroganoff, If you have left over cooked roast and don’t know what to do with it, here is a nice little recipe I found in Taste of Home I like to add a few tablespoons of sour cream just before serving, but it is up to you , Similar to my own recipe, especially with the addition of a little ketchup! I love the sweet tang it brings Sour cream is a must in stroganoff too Found this recipe because I have stew meat cooked tender, I will use that Thanks!, It was good! I get where they were going with the ketchup I didn’t mind it I have tried similar recipes with Worcestershire sauce instead I prefer those slightly over this, but I still liked this well enough and wouldn’t hesitate to make it again People keep asking about the sour cream: I put about two Tbs in with my portion before eating (It was a BIG portion though You will probably only want about 1 Tbs A little goes a long way)
