Leftover Steak Enchiladas, We had a little steak left over and since it wasn’t big enough for the whole family I came up with these :, This was amazing! I wanted something with steak and not ground beef- this is a keeper. I topped with a cilantro lime crema, doubles the batch and fed 15 of us. This is easy, can feed a crowd and kid-approved. Now in our casual hosting rotation. TY for sharing.
