Lemon and Ginger Infused Honey,Want to ward off a chill? This is to drink on a cold winter afternoon at the first hint of a cold! This mixture will keep for about 2 weeks in the refrigerator. Cook time is the time it takes to boil a cup of water.,This is quite good but I would like more ginger flavour so I will make this again using at least double the amount of ginger!
