    Couldn't find pudding added cake mix...used plain yellow...based on reviews, used an 8x8 dish rather than 9x13. Glad I did, the cheese mixture definitely not enough of a layer for larger size. Teaspoon of lemon..that was nothing if you wanted a lemony taste. used the zest of one large lemon and almost all the juice of that lemon as well and the cheese had a nice lemony taste to counter the sweetness of the crust and crumbs. Based on pre baked taste alone, I'll give it 4 stars. Certainly easy to put together if you're in a hurry.

    Preheat Oven to 350.

    Mix Dry Cake Mix, 1 Egg and Oil Until Crumbly.

    Reserve 1 Cup and Pat Remaining Mixture Into a 9 X 13 Inch Pan.

    Beat Cream Cheese, Sugar, Lemon Juice and 1 Egg Until Light and Smooth.

    Spread Over Baked Layer and Sprinkle With Reserved Crumb Mixture.

    Cool Completely and Cut Into Bars.
