Lemon Cilantro Rice Pilaf,A nice side dish with plenty of flavor when you don’t want the same old plain rice.,I added more lemon and cilantro and followed MamiJ and added a teeny bit more salt. This is a great way to switch up your regular rice.,This rice was wonderful. It was perfectly cooked, tender and delicious.
