Lemon Coconut Squares, Found online; sounds very good , Great squares, I truly like them with the lemon and coconut combination and so easy to make!, Wow, what flavor these little gems have, wasn’t expecting that I made half the recipe and baked in a 8 x 8 metal pan I had trouble getting them out of the pan, they didn’t look great but boy, do they taste fantastic I cut them small because, they have a big, bold flavor, which we adore used three small meyer lemons I really enjoy the combination of lemon and coconut These squares were quick and easy to make Thanks so much for sharing, made for ZWT7 for the Witchin Kitchen

In a Bowl, Combine Flour and Confectioners' Sugar; Cut in the Butter Until Crumbly. Press Onto the Bottom of a Lightly Greased 13-In. X 9-In. X 2-In. Baking Pan. Bake at 350 Degrees F For 15 Minutes. |
