Lemon Dessert Ww (2 Points for Entire Recipe),For a sugar free, low fat dessert, this is really good. Tastes just like lemon meringue pie filling. Be sure to use the cook and serve pudding mix, not instant.,I goofed. I had a feeling I bought the wrong size pudding. I got a large pudding and a small jello. I decided to give it a try. Glad I did. I first used almost 1/2 of the pudding. I mixed both dry mixes together as someone else suggested. Good idea, no lumps. I slowly poured 2 cups of water into dry. Then I thought what the heck, I whisked the rest of the pudding in. Which did create some gritty texture. There was no reference if mixture should be covered in fridge or not. So I covered a few. Both set up fine. As far as the taste, I liked it. Definitely think it taste like lemon meringue pie. I just might pour this over a graham cracker crust and make a pie.
