Tangy Chicken Piccata, This is a nice, easy recipe that is delicious!, I thought this was an excellent base recipe. After I cooked the chicken, I sauted a shallot and some garlic. I tripled the sauce recipe, and there was enough for leftovers. I added a tsp. of cornstarch mixed with a tablespoon or so of water and thickened the sauce. It was so good! The capers are what makes this, don’t leave them out!, This was an unnecessarily involved and time intensive recipe. The flavor was good, but achievable more simply and in less time. I would not make it again. There are easier ways to prep this dish.
