Lemon Garlic Mackerel,Mackerel is a recent discovery for me. I never knew how to cook it but I learned quickly once I discovered how cheap it is and how good it is for you! This is a really simple way to cook it.,How long do i grill this on an open gas grill?,What degree should the oven be set. I.m missing that. Also, my fish is very thick, like 2 inches thick. Can it be sliced in half.
