Made this for a anniversary party and everyone loved it. I followed the recipe as stated but also added about a 1/4 tsp of thai chili paste, plus a little more salt, pepper and lemon juice. We didn't have time to marinate it very long at all so it needed a quick boost. We're planning on making it again for my sister's cookout. Thanks for posting!

1.place Garlic and Oil in a Small Skillet and Cook Over Medium Heat Until Fragrant, About 1 Minute. Add Lemon Juice, Parsley, Salt and Pepper. Toss With Shrimp in a Large Bowl. Chill Until Ready to Serve.
