Made this for my supper last night and absolutely loved it! I halved the recipe since I was only cooking for one person, but otherwise followed the recipe exactly. I thought the proportions of lemon, garlic and bouillon were perfect. I'll definitely be making this again and again. Thank you!

Lemon Garlic Pasta,A quick meal that can be served alone as a main dish, or with chicken as a side dish,Made this for my supper last night and absolutely loved it! I halved the recipe since I was only cooking for one person, but otherwise followed the recipe exactly. I thought the proportions of lemon, garlic and bouillon were perfect. I’ll definitely be making this again and again. Thank you!,This combines some of my very favorite ingredients so thought I’d try it. Until my son stops being so stubborn and actually eats, I’m always shrinking the recipes down to servings for 2 very light eaters (it’s actually a meal for one). Even using about 1/3 of each ingredient across the board, it was easily enough for 2 with leftovers. The only drawbacks were that the flavors really concentrated and were very strong. Keeping in mind that I loved it (heavy garlic is good with me) but my plus one found it inedible due to both the garlic as well as the lemon zest and juice. He wasn’t excited in the first place and would have rated low, but I only cut one star to be fair to him. I personally would have given it five stars, it was perfect for me as a light main dish or, as the side to something else. I thought it was really good!
