Directions
Lemon Pepper Chicken Breasts on a Bed of Rice,A simple great tasting recipe that makes enough to feed the family. It has a wonderful robust flavor, but not too overpowering. This dish also makes good leftovers. Try it out and see for yourself!,Made as directed, adjusted the pepper, and my family loved it. I will definitely be making this again.,Made just as directed…. Not much flavorno one seemed to think it was very good…. Rice was still hard after an additional 30 minutes cooking time…. Chicken was okay because I had removed it from the oven after 30 minutes, but didnt offer much in the flavor department…. Everyone felt it would have been better to just cook the rice in chicken broth with added seasoning, and to make the chicken separately….
