Directions
Lemon Sheet Cake,A really delicious, moist cake with alot of lemon flavor. Quick and easy to prepare.,I’ve made this cake a couple of times and it is so moist and lemony. I also added some lemon zest but also saved just enough of the lemon pie filling to make a very thin glaze on top of the frosted cake. It looks very pretty and just makes it look a bit more fancy.,Delicious!! I added lemon zest to the frosting and omitted the vanilla extract. My lemon cake mix was only 15 ounces so I added one small box of Jiffy yellow cake mix with one extra egg. This filled the sheet cake pan very nicely. I will definitely make this again.
