Preheat the Oven to 425*f. |

Lightly Oil a Baking Sheet. |

Place the Butter Pieces and Lemon Peel in a Medium Bowl or in Food Processor. |

Sift the Flour, Sugar, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, and Salt Over the Butter. |
