Lemonade Lychee And Coconut

So exotic and exquisite! Really loved these! used only the light syrup from the can of lychees, the fruit was gone already, but they were not really needed in this recipe, we thought. All that lychee flavour was in the syrup. used less sugar, too. Used Malibu, 1 cup enough for hint of coconut flavour, if more alcoholic beverage was required, I would add the 1 cup light rum, as well.

Lemonade Lychee and Coconut Cocktails,A recipe from Ricardo.,So exotic and exquisite! Really loved these! used only the light syrup from the can of lychees, the fruit was gone already, but they were not really needed in this recipe, we thought. All that lychee flavour was in the syrup. used less sugar, too. Used Malibu, 1 cup enough for hint of coconut flavour, if more alcoholic beverage was required, I would add the 1 cup light rum, as well.,Based on another review, I cut the amount of sugar and used only some of the lychee syrup. And… they were wonderful – refreshing with a perfect blend of sweet and tart with a whisper of coconut. I topped each glass off with a splash of diet cherry 7-up. made for ZWT9 Soup-a-Stars
